The world is the market. We clear the way.
Four businesses — FastShip, CONNEX, CloudMall and KOLLAB — to ship, sell and scale into the world's biggest markets, without building the infrastructure yourself.
Three walls between Thai brands and the world,
and a business to take down each.
CloudCommerce was born from a Thai brand selling abroad since 2002. Every wall we hit then, Thai entrepreneurs still hit today — so the holding company built four businesses, each taking a wall down and standing on its own.
- ShipThe cost wall
Logistics
Carrier rates are written for giants. The smaller you are, the more you pay per parcel — and the less anyone explains why.
Aggregated cross-border logistics — big-player rates and reliability, without the volume requirement. - SellThe operations wall
Channels
Every marketplace brings its own dashboard, its own rules and its own stock count. Going global means more tabs, not more margin.
An AI-powered platform to run every channel — orders, inventory, pricing, intelligence. The layer that turns a shipper into a scaling business. - ScaleThe demand wall
Marketing
Abroad, nobody knows your brand yet. Ad budgets climb, the funnel stays the same, and reach has to be bought over and over.

Grow demand through creator-led marketing, then open a new B2B2C revenue model. Find customers, then become a supplier.
Each stage earns the customer; the next one grows them. Start with one business — the next is already there, and the value of each customer compounds.

Going global:
questions we hear most
Straight answers for Thai entrepreneurs planning to sell abroad — from choosing a first market to deciding who runs each part of the work.
How do I start selling abroad?
Start small and specific: one or two products, one or two markets, one way to sell. Then answer three questions — where will buyers find you (your own store, marketplaces or resellers), how will orders reach them, and who will bring the first customers. Each CloudCommerce business covers one of those parts, and you can start with just the one you need.
Which country should I sell to first?
Pick the market where you already see demand: customers who message you from abroad, searches and marketplace listings for products like yours, or a community that already buys Thai goods. Favour markets where delivery is straightforward and the rules are clear, learn from the first orders, then add the next country. Starting with one market is faster and cheaper than opening five at once.
Should I sell on marketplaces or through my own store?
Most sellers do both. A global marketplace such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy or TikTok Shop brings ready-made traffic; your own Shopify or WooCommerce store builds your brand and keeps the customer relationship. Selling on several channels at once is normal — the hard part is keeping orders and stock in sync, which is what CONNEX is built for.
Is it better to sell direct to customers or through resellers?
Selling direct keeps more margin and gives you control of the brand, but you carry the marketing and the fulfilment. Resellers and distributors reach buyers you could not reach alone, at a lower margin per item. Many brands start direct to learn the market, then add resellers to scale — CloudMall gives them a network of shops, resellers and agents to do that.
How do I find customers abroad without a marketing team?
Use people your future customers already trust. Creators and influencers in the target market can introduce a product in a way advertising cannot, and a good campaign is measured by sales, not views. KOLLAB matches your brand with creators of every size and runs the campaign from brief to results, so you do not need an in-house team.
Can a small business or SME sell abroad?
Yes. You do not need big-company volume — you need a clear first market, a product that suits it and partners who already know the route. Start with a single order, learn what the market asks for, and add channels and countries as it grows.
What should I plan for in shipping, duties and customs?
Work out the landed cost before you set a price: shipping, import duty and taxes in the destination country, and fees. Decide whether you or the buyer pays duties, and make sure the customs paperwork is right, because mistakes there delay parcels. FastShip handles the carriers, duties and customs documents for the shipping part, and the details are on its own page.
What is CloudCommerce?
CloudCommerce Co., Ltd. is a Bangkok-based holding company building a cross-border commerce ecosystem for Thai entrepreneurs. It is made up of four businesses that each run on their own: FastShip (shipping), CONNEX (selling and operations), KOLLAB (creator marketing) and CloudMall (distribution). Together they have moved more than 1 million shipments to over 100 countries.
Do I have to use all four businesses?
No. Each business has its own team, product and customers, and you can use one on its own. They are built to work side by side — for example, orders sold through CONNEX can ship with FastShip — but nothing requires you to take them all.
